Our Autumn Conference and AGM was held at Oakley Hall, Near Basingstoke on 17th October.
A wonderful venue with excellent facilities for the 140 people who attended to particpate in seminars and to hear more about HACB service development.
Awards were made to some of the volunteers who given so much to the organisation and without whom our local services to sight impaired people couldn't function.
The day ended with the formal Annual General Meeting and an inspirational talk by Steph Cutler who spoke of her experiences since losing her sight which ended with the positive message that "If Life Gives You Lemons - Then Turn Them Into Lemonade!
Feedback has been unanimously positive and we are looking forward to next years event!
